Zippers look sturdy enough. You need some patience when assembling it back to duffel form. Perfect bag for short trips. Keep in mind to have this only as carry-on, because while it may survive normal handling, that might not be the case if you use this as checked luggage.
UPDATE: Its the PERFECT size for a carry-on. just remember not to overstuff the top and tbe sides. It fits the airline sizing device snugly and was good on the overhead.
